Meet our school leadership
About Dr. Peay:
A native of Buffalo, New York, Dr. Yolanda Peay is a dedicated NYS licensed district leader and educator with over 20 years of experience in the field. She earned her PhD in curriculum & instruction from Capella University. As an author, educator, and business owner, Dr. Yolanda Peay has consistently focused on creating equitable learning opportunities, particularly for students of color. Her expertise in social emotional learning has been central to her mission of fostering academic success and creating positive change through intentional relationship building. In addition to her professional achievements, outside of work, Dr. Yolanda Peay enjoys reading, writing poetry, and spending time with her family.
